is there anyway i could make my TV a computer monitor or is there any were i can get a cheap computer monitor?

1. If your system supports TV out then it will work. But unless you have High Def, you'll have a hard time reading anything. As far as cheap monitors go, I've gotten several from thrift stores for $5 or less. And you can find quite a few on craigslist.org, sometimes even free ones.
2. You can use an HDMI cable (assuming your TV has the capability).
3. check out the pawn shops, they usually have some.
