eMachines ET1161-05 Desktop is okay to play sims 3?

I just want something I can play the SIMS 3 with, I really don't care about fancy graphics or anything. Will this computer run the game without any slowness or problems loading... The graphics don't have to be great, Just work.. lol Btw I'm broke, and this is the only one in my price range at the moment.
