Cheap computer?

I have a budget of about 400 for a computer. Do you know somewhere cheap where i could get a computer and its accessories such as, mouse, keyboard, pc. All under 400.

2. You Should try Fry's Electronics, Outpost.com. they have Great Computers for $ 400. You should also try Ebay.com.

4. You can get a decent and cheap computer from any small computer shop, Use the good old telephone book to find one.
5. Sometimes Dell.com has buys around that price. Otherwise look into used computers. You can by a computer and these accessories for about that.

8. Dell would be a ripoff parts and service wise and same with Alienware or Voodoo. Both the above companies also build with cheap parts. A good company to consider is Carbonfrost Systems. I can speak from experience when I say they have the best warranty and service including name brand parts. They will literally build it to whatever you want while keeping the price low.
